چکیده

این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثر کاربرد کودهای پتاسیم و گوگرد بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد زعفران در دو سال زراعی 97-1396 و 98-1397 در منطقه کرمانشاه انجام شد. کاشت گیاه در پاییز سال 1396، بررسی رشد رویشی گیاه در بهار 1397 و برداشت گل­ها در پاییز سال 1397 انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل کود پتاسیم (سولفات پتاسیم) در چهار سطح (0، 50، 75 و 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و کود گوگرد (گرانوله) نیز در چهار سطح (0، 100، 150 و 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. صفات مورد بررسی در این آزمایش شامل: تعداد گل در متر مربع، وزن تازه گل، طول کلاله، طول خامه، طول مادگی، وزن کلاله، وزن خامه، وزن تر اندام هوایی و وزن خشک اندام هوایی بودند. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد مصرف گوگرد و پتاسیم تاثیر معنی­داری بر خصوصیات کمی زعفران داشت. بیشترین میزان تعداد گل در واحد سطح با میانگین 55.5 عدد در تیمار 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود گوگرد بدست آمد، همچنین بیشترین میزان وزن تر گل، وزن تر اندام هوایی و وزن خشک اندام هوایی بترتیب با میانگین 28.7، 115 و28.8 گرم تحت تاثیر مصرف 200 کیلوگرم گوگرد ثبت گردید. بررسی نقش کود پتاسیم نیز نشان داد بیشترین میزان وزن تر گل با میانگین 27.2 گرم در مترمربع، با کاربرد 100 کیلوگرم پتاسیم ملاحظه شد. مقایسه اثر متقابل گوگرد و پتاسیم نشان داد مصرف 200 کیلوگرم گوگرد همراه با 100 کیلوگرم پتاسیم تولید بیشترین میزان طول کلاله و طول خامه بترتیب با میانگین 3.8 و 4.3 سانتی­متر و تولید بیشترین میزان وزن خشک کلاله و وزن خشک خامه بترتیب با میانگین 1200 و 450 گرم در هکتار را به همراه داشت.
