چکیده

در دهه‌های اخیر، وقوع تغییرات اقلیمی سبب شده که مسوولان به کشت محصولات مقاوم به خشکی با نیاز آبی کم مانند زعفران روی آورند. با وجود اینکه رشد زعفران در کرمانشاه سابقه دیرینی دارد و دارای پتانسیل خاصی است، لکن آنگونه که باید کشت آن در کرمانشاه توسعه پیدا نکرده و از این رو نیازهای آموزشی آن شناسایی نشده است. لذا شناسایی این نیازها و اولویت‌بندی آنان از دیدگاه زعفران‌کاران شهرستان کرمانشاه حائز اهمیت است. در این پژوهش که با بهره‌گیری از طرح تحقیق تلفیقی (کیفی- کمّی) و روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام پذیرفت، نیازهای آموزشی زعفران‌کاران شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شد، نمونه‌ها بصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به منظور جمع آوری داده‌ها، از مصاحبه تلفنی بهره گرفته شد (31 نفر). نتایج این ارزشیابی نشان داد که مرحله "کاشت" و مرحله "پس از برداشت" نیازمند تقویت هستند و موضوعات مربوط به مراحل قبل از کاشت، داشت، و برداشت نیازی به آموزش ندارند. دستاوردهای این مطالعه می‌تواند به مسوولان استان کرمانشاه در شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی زعفران‌کاران کمک نماید تا بدین طریق بتوانند سطح زیر کشت این محصول با ارزش را توسعه بخشند.
