چکیده

با توجه به آب و هوای خشک و همچنین کمبود شدید آب در مناطق شمال شرقی کشور، کشت محصولاتی که نیاز آبی پایین و در عین حال بهره­وری اقتصادی مطلوبی داشته باشند، مورد توجه است. در همین راستا، تحقیقی در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تیمار نوع منبع آبیاری ( آب چاه W1 و پساب تصفیه شده فاضلاب شهری W2)، نوع سیستم آبیاری (آبیاری کرتی S1 و آبیاری زیر سطحی قطره­ای  S2) و زمان آبیاری (عرف منطقه یا 15 مهر T1، 15 روز تاخیر T2 و 30 روز تاخیر T3) در سال زراعی 1398 در شهرستان تربت حیدریه انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد اثر متقابل نوع آب، نوع سیستم آبیاری و زمان آبیاری بر تمامی شاخص­های کمی و کیفی زعفران (تعدادگل، وزن تازه گل، وزن خشک کلاله، وزن خشک خامه، شاخص درشتی گل، پیکروکسین،کروسین، سافرانال، رطوبت، کپک و کلیفرم کل) به استثنای وزن خشک کلاله که در سطح احتمال ۵ درصد معنی­دار شد، دیگر صفات غیر معنی­دار شدند. بیشترین مقدار برای صفات تعدادگل، وزن گل تازه و وزن خشک کلاله در تیمار W1S1T2 به ترتیب با مقادیر 3/55 عدد در مترمربع، 6/16 و 85/0 گرم در مترمربع مشاهده شد. همچنین نتایج نشان دادند در صفات کیفی پیکروکسین،کروسین و سافرانال بهترین مقدار برای تیمار W2S2T3 با مقادیر 93، 6/33 و 3/263 (حداکثر جذب ) و بهترین مقدار کلیفرم کل در تیمار W1S1T3 با مقدار 11000 عدد در هر گرم به­دست آمد. به­طور کل می­توان از پساب فاضلاب شهری (با لحاظ کردن مسائل بهداشتی و غذایی)، سیستم زیر سطحی و زمان­های آبیاری دیگر در کشت زعفران استفاده کرد.
