چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی آگاهی کشاورزان از نقش پژوهش های زعفران در اثرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی و نگرش و تمایل آنها نسبت به کاربرد تحقیقات زعفران در خراسان رضوی انجام شده است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه است که روایی آن توسط متخصصان و اساتید کشاورزی در حوزه زعفران و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. سپس اطلاعات مورد نیاز با تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط 100 زعفرانکار در سال 1397 جمع آوری شد. نتایج مدل ساختاری پژوهش نشان می دهد آگاهی کشاورزان از نقش پژوهش در اثرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی بر نگرش آنها نسبت به کاربرد تحقیقات اثر مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین متغیرهای آگاهی از نقش پژوهش در اثرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی، 22 درصد از تغییرات در متغیر نگرش نسبت به کاربرد تحقیقات زعفران را پیش بینی کردند و متغیرهای نگرش نسبت به کاربرد تحقیقات زعفران، هنجار ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری درک شده، 61 درصد از تغییرات در متغیر تمایل به استفاده از تحقیقات زعفران را پیش بینی کردند.
