چکیده

به منظور بررسی غلظت عناصر پرمصرف و کممصرفبرگ و خصوصیات بنه زعفران (Crocus sativusL.) تحت تاثیر سطوح مختلف میکوریزا و ورمی­کمپوست، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 97-1396 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی در دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان انجام شد. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل چهار سطح ورمی­کمپوست شامل صفر، 8، 16 و 24 تن در هکتار و چهار سطح تلقیح میکوریزا صفر، 5/7، 10 و 15 گرم به ازای هر کپه کاشت (شامل دو بنه با وزن یکسان و متوسط) بودند. در این آزمایش صفات درصد فسفر، نیتروژن، پتاس، منگنز، آهن، مس، قطر فلس انتهایی، تعداد، قطر، طول، وزن تر و خشک بنه و درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه مورد اندازه­گیری قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان­دهنده تاثیر معنی­دار ورمی­کمپوست بر طول و قطر بنه، قطر فلسانتهایی و وزن تر بنه، درصد فسفر، نیتروژن و درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه بود. همچنین اثر میکوریزا بر درصد فسفر، نیتروژن، تعداد بنه در بوته، طول بنه، قطر فلس انتهایی، قطر و وزن تر و خشک بنه و درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه معنی­دار شد. اثر متقابل کود ورمی­کمپوست و میکوریزا بر صفت قطر بنه معنی­دار شد. بنابراین چنین بنظر می­رسد کاربرد میکوریزا و ورمی­کمپوست می­تواند موجب بهبود برخی صفات کمی و کیفی زعفران گردد.
