بهینه‌سازی سطوح کود دامی و وزن پیاز در زراعت زعفران (.Crocus sativus L) با استفاده از طرح مرکب مرکزی

چکیده

در این مطالعه، اثر سطوح کود دامی و وزن بنه بر عملکرد گل، عملکرد کلاله، وزن خامه و خصوصیات کیفی زعفران با استفاده از طرح مرکب مرکزی انجام شد. این آزمایش با 13 تیمار و دو تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال زراعی 95-1394 و 96-1395 انجام شد. تیمارها بر اساس سطوح بالا و پایین کود دامی (صفر و 40 تن در هکتار) و وزن بنه (7 و 20 تن در هکتار) تعیین شدند. تعداد گل، وزن تر گل، وزن خشک خامه، عملکرد کلاله و محتوی کروسین (عامل رنگ)، پیکروکروسین (عامل مزه) و سافرانال (عامل بو) به عنوان متغیرهای وابسته انتخاب و تغییرات آنها با استفاده از مدل رگرسیونی ارزیابی شد. صحت مدل برازش‌شده بر اساس ضریب تبیین (R2) بیان شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر جزء خطی بر تمام صفات مورد مطالعه معنی‌دار (01/0≥p) بود. اثر جزء درجه دو بر تمام صفات بجز محتوی کروسین معنی‌دار (01/0≥p) بود. اثر متقابل بر هیچ یک از صفات مورد مطالعه معنی‌دار نبود. دامنه R2 بین 30/94-28-79 درصد محاسبه شد. بالاترین و پایین‌ترین مقادیر پیش-بینی‌شده و مشاهده شده تعداد گل (به ترتیب با 39 و 36/81 گل در متر مربع) و عملکرد کلاله (به ترتیب با 523/0 و 46/0 گرم در متر مربع) برای مصرف 40 تن در هکتار کود دامی و 5/13 تن بنه در هکتار مشاهده شد.
